The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt.
Goods of appropriate quality, ordered on the website and did not fit for any reason (style, size, color), subject to return and exchange within 14 days, provided:
- absence of traces of use;
- preservation of the product appearance and consumer properties;
- availability of original and intact packaging and labels.
The cost of delivery for returning / exchanging goods is paid by the buyer. *

Pay attention! If the product returned by you is not subject to exchange and return, we will be forced to send it back at your expense.
Products of inadequate quality (after use with signs of mechanical damage to the sole, with damaged labels or damaged packaging) cannot be ordered on the website, exchanged or returned.
Product return process:
- Send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reasons for the return and your contact details and wait for the manager's call;
- Send the product and the completed form to the address indicated in it;
- The refund period is up to 10 working days from the moment of receipt of the refund from you.
Please note that in the absence of a message from you about the reasons for the return and your contact details, the return and processing time will be longer or impossible.
